TL;DR

Founding AI Deployment Strategist (AI): Leading AI transformation projects for strategic accounts in a revenue intelligence platform with an accent on executive-level change management, agentic workflows, and expansion. Focus on aligning cross-functional teams, architecting integrations with AI agents, and driving net revenue retention through substantive technical discussions on MCP, RAG, and structured outputs.

Location: Based in France (face-to-face meetings and workshops might be useful). Comfortable working in a remote-first environment.

AI-native Revenue Intelligence platform for sales and revenue teams, recently joined hirify.global, serving Series B startups to enterprises like Infopro Digital and Didomi.

What you will do

  • Own portfolio of strategic accounts (€20K+ ARR), measured on Net Revenue Retention.
  • Lead AI transformation conversations from adoption to agentic workflow architecture with Claude, Mistral, etc.
  • Run weekly sessions: live configuration, methodology coaching, expansion discussions.
  • Bridge customer AI/data teams and Product to shape roadmap and MCP capabilities.
  • Conduct Executive Business Reviews and manage onboarding frameworks.
  • Build customer health scoring and expansion forecasts.

Requirements

  • Fluent English AND French (non-negotiable).
  • Based in France.
  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS post-sales (KAM, Strategic CSM, Senior AE, or SE), 3+ years carrying revenue/retention quota.
  • Hands-on experience with agentic AI platforms (bring examples).
  • Proven builder of processes/playbooks from scratch.
  • Commercially sharp with ROI/business case fluency and change management skills.

Nice to have

  • Background at B2B SaaS scale-up (Series A-C).
  • Experience leading enterprise rollouts with CRM/conversation intelligence tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong).
  • Familiarity with MCP, RAG, or shipped internal agents.
  • Built CS/KAM playbook previously.
  • Public writing/speaking on AI in sales/revenue ops.
