What you will do

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for digital rewards to ensure pricing competitiveness and market relevance.
• Lead commercial negotiations with global brands and regional partners to secure best-in-class pricing and margins.
• Identify and onboard new digital reward partners to expand the rewards catalog across target markets.
• Optimize procurement KPIs, including cost savings, margin improvement, and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to align reward sourcing with business objectives.
• Manage procurement operations, including contract documentation and compliance with internal policies.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of procurement experience, preferably in digital rewards, e-commerce, fintech, or loyalty programs.
• Proven track record of negotiating with global brands (e.g., Apple, Grab, Telcos).
• Strong existing network of suppliers across Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the Philippines.
• Experience managing multi-market procurement strategies and supplier portfolios.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Must be based in Malaysia and not require work visa sponsorship.
