What you will do

• Optimize the total cost of ownership throughout the product lifecycle by driving DfX value engineering activities and initiating lean programs.
• Support bid evaluations and negotiations to ensure the best value for the company.
• Ensure procurement related risks are controlled and mitigated throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage supplier performance indicators and enhance them with cross-functional stakeholder feedback.
• Perform data mining from various platforms and use analytic tools to translate data into actionable procurement business insights.
• Collaborate with Project team members and other stakeholders, representing Procurement in projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Technical studies or Supply Chain Management.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in Procurement, preferably with experience in small domestic appliances, consumer electronics, or other relevant industries.
• Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Global business experience and stakeholder management across locations.
• Expertise in Engineering, Design for Excellence (DfX), and other optimization tools.
• Fluent in English, in both spoken and written language.
• Strong negotiation skills and supplier management skills.
• Proactive, data-driven, and analytical thinking with knowledge of Power BI, SAP, Excel, and proficiency in translating data into business insight.
