What you will do

• Answer client and ROIS questions, meet facility revenue goals, and identify productivity opportunities.
• Prepare operational reports, monitor productivity and quality for customer satisfaction.
• Assist in training, hiring, scheduling, and disciplining onsite and remote ROIS staff.
• Review, process, scan, and log release of information requests according to statutes and facility procedures.
• Calculate billing, certify records, manage supplies, and ensure confidentiality.
• Provide input on procedures, perform site evaluations, and comply with company policies.

Requirements

• Onsite in Gainesville, FL, USA with ability to travel and valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED required; some college, RHIT certification, or ROI Certification (85%+ within 90 days) preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy standards required; medical terminology coursework preferred.
• Experience with medical records or healthcare beneficial.
• Effective communication with clients, staff, and management.
