TL;DR

Onsite Medical Representative (Medical): Providing first aid, emergency response, and health guidance to employees at an hirify.global site with an accent on occupational health and safety. Focus on administering first aid, managing workers' compensation programs, and conducting safety coaching to minimize injury risks.

Location: Onsite in Perris, CA, USA

Salary: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour

What you will do

  • Administer first aid and provide referrals to outside medical providers as necessary.
  • Coordinate workers' compensation and return-to-work programs for injured associates.
  • Conduct safety coaching and proactive engagement on the operations floor to reduce risk.
  • Maintain medical records, activity logs, and medical supply inventory.
  • Facilitate and maintain certifications for first aid, CPR, and AED.
  • Support emergency response and assist with random drug testing protocols.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved ECC provider.
  • Current valid EMT or Paramedic Certification (NREMT) OR active Athletic Trainer Certification (BOC).
  • Ability to lift up to 49 lbs and stand/walk for up to 12 hours per shift.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Perris, CA.

Nice to have

  • Certified to teach first aid, CPR, and AED training.
  • Experience with OSHA regulations and Workers Compensation.
  • Experience in the Military as a Combat Medic, Field Medic, or Healthcare Specialist.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping.
