What you will do

• Conduct consultative pre-recruitment and prescreening calls to determine study eligibility.
• Schedule on-site recruitment, enrollment, and scanning appointments.
• Manage patient intake, verify identity, and assist with medical forms.
• Coordinate post-scan support, report distribution, and follow-up calls.
• Handle administrative tasks including clinic organization and supply maintenance.

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy for patients.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Strict adherence to patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to the Boston area (Watertown, MA).
