TL;DR

Focus on building pipelines from scratch, developing scalable playbooks, and representing at industry events.

Global regulatory infrastructure platform building compliance engines for complex multi-agency environments across government, construction, supply chain, disability care, and payroll assurance. On track to 5x ARR this year, well-funded, operating across six geographies.

What you will do

  • Own full-cycle deal execution from first touch to signed contract with global enterprise and government buyers
  • Lead consultative discovery, solution scoping, and executive-level negotiations tailored to regulatory contexts
  • Build ROI-driven business cases translating regulatory complexity into measurable outcomes
  • Develop and iterate on playbooks, sequences, and repeatable systems scaling across verticals
  • Maintain CRM discipline, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline velocity in HubSpot
  • Represent Labrynth at conferences, industry events, and in-person meetings with senior buyers

Requirements

  • 5+ years closing complex enterprise deals in $250K-$1M+ range in regulated industries like energy, nuclear, infrastructure, construction tech, govtech, permitting, or compliance
  • Fluency in structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN) and strong technical selling skills
  • Proven hunter mentality: built pipeline from nothing into revenue, comfortable cold calling and in-person outreach
  • Advanced experience with Claude, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Slack, and ClickUp
