What you will do
- Own full-cycle deal execution from first touch to signed contract with global enterprise and government buyers
- Lead consultative discovery, solution scoping, and executive-level negotiations tailored to regulatory contexts
- Build ROI-driven business cases translating regulatory complexity into measurable outcomes
- Develop and iterate on playbooks, sequences, and repeatable systems scaling across verticals
- Maintain CRM discipline, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline velocity in HubSpot
- Represent Labrynth at conferences, industry events, and in-person meetings with senior buyers
Requirements
- 5+ years closing complex enterprise deals in $250K-$1M+ range in regulated industries like energy, nuclear, infrastructure, construction tech, govtech, permitting, or compliance
- Fluency in structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN) and strong technical selling skills
- Proven hunter mentality: built pipeline from nothing into revenue, comfortable cold calling and in-person outreach
- Advanced experience with Claude, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Slack, and ClickUp
