What you will do
- Proactively prospect and acquire new B2B customers within the Colombian market.
- Manage a full sales pipeline and conduct discovery calls with C-suite executives in Finance and Banking.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and negotiate complex deal structures.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Inside Sales to optimize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to the product management teams.
- Support the execution of sales and marketing strategies and participate in M&A community events.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in full 360 B2B sales or professional services (from origination to closing).
- Proven track record of managing pipelines and closing deals in high-velocity environments.
- Fluency in English (B2 minimum) and native-level Spanish.
- Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia.
- Exceptional business communication skills for persuasive pitching and client discovery.
