What you will do

  • Proactively prospect and acquire new B2B customers within the Colombian market.
  • Manage a full sales pipeline and conduct discovery calls with C-suite executives in Finance and Banking.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and negotiate complex deal structures.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Inside Sales to optimize revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to the product management teams.
  • Support the execution of sales and marketing strategies and participate in M&A community events.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in full 360 B2B sales or professional services (from origination to closing).
  • Proven track record of managing pipelines and closing deals in high-velocity environments.
  • Fluency in English (B2 minimum) and native-level Spanish.
  • Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia.
  • Exceptional business communication skills for persuasive pitching and client discovery.

  • Background or degree in SaaS, Financial, or Fintech industries.
