What you will do

  • Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles (6–9 months) from engagement to close, owning multi-million dollar deal strategy, negotiation, and execution.
  • Build executive-level relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders across Construction, Operations, IT, Architecture, and Leadership.
  • Generate and drive net-new enterprise opportunities using personal networks and hirify.global’s connections.
  • Position hirify.global as a strategic partner for margin expansion, efficiency, scalability, and digital transformation.
  • Navigate resistance and bottlenecks, building consensus for enterprise-wide adoption.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (SDR, Sales Engineer, Product, Implementation, Leadership) for cohesive solutions.
  • Drive expansion post-close from single-division to company-wide standardization.
  • Maintain pipeline and forecast management for revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of homebuilding industry experience
  • Professional literacy in Salesforce, AI agents, and Google suite
  • Track record leading 7+ figure deal cycles from introduction to close and beyond
  • Highly consultative selling approach with experience in long-cycle deals
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and build rapport with senior stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of builder economics and organizational dynamics

Nice to have

  • Former homebuilding executive or consultant experience
