What you will do
- Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles (6–9 months) from engagement to close, owning multi-million dollar deal strategy, negotiation, and execution.
- Build executive-level relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders across Construction, Operations, IT, Architecture, and Leadership.
- Generate and drive net-new enterprise opportunities using personal networks and ’s connections.
- Position as a strategic partner for margin expansion, efficiency, scalability, and digital transformation.
- Navigate resistance and bottlenecks, building consensus for enterprise-wide adoption.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (SDR, Sales Engineer, Product, Implementation, Leadership) for cohesive solutions.
- Drive expansion post-close from single-division to company-wide standardization.
- Maintain pipeline and forecast management for revenue targets.
Requirements
- 10+ years of homebuilding industry experience
- Professional literacy in Salesforce, AI agents, and Google suite
- Track record leading 7+ figure deal cycles from introduction to close and beyond
- Highly consultative selling approach with experience in long-cycle deals
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and build rapport with senior stakeholders
- Deep understanding of builder economics and organizational dynamics
