What you will do
- Own the end-to-end Anthropic relationship as single point of contact, maintaining cadence with partner managers and field sellers.
- Expand Anthropic field footprint by mapping organization and building new relationships with account executives, solutions architects, and industry leads.
- Drive net new customer acquisition through Anthropic channel, generating, qualifying, and closing opportunities measured by Claude engagements and partner-sourced revenue.
- Run joint account planning and co-sell execution, positioning into Anthropic deal cycles and leveraging existing MSAs.
- Build and codify Anthropic playbook, including joint pursuit motions, messaging, and sales support processes for scalability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with delivery, pre-sales, RevOps, and leadership; own pipeline forecasting in HubSpot; represent at partner events.
Requirements
- 5+ years combining technology partner management with consultative sales into enterprise customers
- Demonstrated success as partner manager or co-sell seller with AI/cloud vendors like Anthropic, OpenAI, Microsoft, Databricks
- Proven track record converting field relationships into sourced pipeline and closed services engagements
- Working knowledge of enterprise AI (Claude, agentic systems, retrieval, governance); experience selling consulting services
- Understanding of partner programs (deal registration, co-sell mechanics); strong program/project management
- Fluent English required; experience with revenue ops tools (HubSpot); proven sales quota attainment
