Salary: $70,000 - $180,000 a year

What you will do
- Research and qualify potential property owners to expand the Host marketplace.
- Execute outreach strategies via cold calling, emailing, and networking.
- Deliver tailored value propositions highlighting rental income potential and societal impact.
- Guide property owners through the decision-making process to negotiate and finalize agreements.
- Coordinate with internal onboarding teams to ensure smooth property transitions.
- Track outreach activities and conversion rates using CRM systems.
Requirements
- Proven success in B2B or B2C sales, specifically within real estate or property management.
- Experience building trust-based relationships with property owners and investors.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Hubspot, and virtual communication platforms.
- Ability to analyze market data and calculate ROI for potential hosts.
- Must be authorized to work in the US and pass the E-Verify process.
