What you will do

• Manage Workday Core HCM modules, including Talent Management and Absence, configuring business processes, workflows, and governance controls.
• Handle employee lifecycle management from hiring to offboarding, troubleshooting errors and ensuring timely resolutions.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and analytics for headcount, attrition, workforce planning, and performance tracking.
• Lead data clean-up, governance, audits, and integrations with payroll and other systems.
• Provide user support, training, and collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors across markets.

Requirements

• 5–8 years hands-on experience in HRIS or Workday, with Core HCM, Talent, Absence, and business process frameworks.
• Experience in reporting, dashboards, workforce analytics, integrations, and digital transformation.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical skills, and ability to work with HR, IT, vendors.
• Basic understanding of regional payroll in Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Philippines.
• Experience in multi-country HRIS, HR compliance, data governance, audit controls.
