What you will do

• Process medical ROI requests timely using hirify.global software
• Support resolution of HIPAA-related release issues
• Organize records and interpret medical documents and authorizations
• Provide customer service in person, phone, or email
• Interact professionally with customers and co-workers while maintaining compliance and confidentiality
• Attend training and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• 2+ years medical record experience
• 2+ years clerical or office work experience
• Experience with desktop computer, scanner, Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and detail-oriented
• Healthcare setting experience and HIPAA knowledge preferred
