What you will do

• Perform venipunctures and finger sticks to obtain blood specimens from patients.
• Act as the operations manager for the designated Patient Service Center (PSC) and oversee the phlebotomy program.
• Maintain specimen integrity using aseptic techniques and follow strict hirify.global procedures.
• Track collected specimens and report KPIs to product management leadership on a biweekly basis.
• Resolve unusual test orders by coordinating with physicians, pathologists, or reference laboratories.
• Manage PSC vendors and maintain phlebotomy equipment, including heavy lifting of supplies up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of phlebotomy experience.
• 5+ years of high-level customer care experience.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Phlebotomy Certification or state-mandated license is required.
• Must be able to work onsite in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
• Ability to adhere to HIPAA/PHI privacy and JCAHO standards.

Nice to have

• BS/BA degree.
• Experience managing or supervising phlebotomy operations and teams.
• Previous financial and budgetary experience.
• Bilingual language skills.
