What you will do

• Greet and assist individuals entering the treatment center and maintain an organized waiting area.
• Verify patient identification and insurance eligibility, communicating insurance status and resolving concerns.
• Collect and account for patient fees, ensuring security of clinic funds and providing financial reports.
• Manage admissions and discharges, assist with census forms, and maintain chart monitoring system.
• Perform general clerical tasks, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and ordering office supplies.
• Collaborate with team members, promote customer service, and participate in training sessions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience as a general office clerk with basic math, accounting skills, and cash handling experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience in front desk, admissions, billing, and/or collections.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
