Salary: $133,000 – $173,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee the RightFind Enterprise (RFE) reference platform, including managing user access and conducting training.
• Provide guidance on copyright compliance and coordinate with the Legal department.
• Verify open access (OA) articles, order commercial copies, and maintain the digital library.
• Manage reprint requests for the organization and handle reactive HCP enquiries.
• Collaborate on cost-saving agreements and manage subscription enquiries for tools like UpToDate.
• Assist with invoice oversight and purchase order (PO) funding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Library Science or a related discipline.
• 5 years of relevant experience in library science and copyright insights within the pharma industry.
• Strong collaboration skills for working within cross-functional team environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to organize tasks with a consistent sense of urgency and high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• 5 years of experience specifically within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company.
