What you will do

• Actively pursue opportunities to cross-sell and upsell insurance products based on customer needs.
• Achieve monthly non-digital insurance sales targets.
• Assist with customer inquiries, resolve issues, and facilitate applications, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
• Serve as subject matter expert for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM systems.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of prior experience in insurance sales, brokerage, or related field
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• CMFAS Certifications: BCP, PGI, M5, M9, M9A, HI
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations
• Proactive, adaptable team-player with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office

Nice to have

• Certificate in Life Insurance (M5, M9, M9A, HI) and ComGI
• Knowledge of CRM systems
• Experience in customer service
• Able to analyze data and identify growth opportunities
