What you will do

• Process medical ROI requests timely and efficiently using hirify.global software.
• Support resolution of HIPAA-related release issues.
• Organize records and documents to complete the ROI process.
• Read and interpret medical records, forms, and authorizations.
• Provide customer service in person, phone, or email.
• Maintain compliance and confidentiality using provided reference materials.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• 2+ years of medical record experience
• 2+ years of clerical or office work experience
• Experience with general office equipment, desktop computer, scanner, Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and be detail-oriented.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and state regulations preferred.
