TL;DR

Location: Must live in or near Passaic/Bergen, New Jersey

Salary: $20 - $25 USD per hour

What you will do

  • Partner with providers before, during, and after visits to support patient care in home settings.
  • Perform phlebotomy, take vitals, and act as the primary point of contact for members during visits.
  • Coordinate care and maintain accurate documentation using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Support outreach efforts to schedule visits and strengthen patient engagement.
  • Manage and maintain medical supplies to ensure smooth visit execution.
  • Drive independently or with the provider to member homes.

Requirements

  • Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or CCMA) from an accredited program.
  • Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (required).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
  • Ability to walk up to 3 flights of stairs and carry up to 40 lbs of equipment.
