What you will do

• Process medical ROI requests timely using hirify.global software
• Resolve HIPAA-related release issues
• Organize records and documents to complete ROI process
• Read and interpret medical records, forms, and authorizations
• Provide customer service in person, phone, or email
• Maintain compliance and confidentiality using reference materials

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• 2+ years of medical record experience
• 2+ years of clerical or office work experience
• Experience with desktop computer, scanner, Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in healthcare setting preferred
• Knowledge of HIPAA and state regulations preferred
• Must work independently and be detail-oriented
