What you will do

• Support local office culture through community activations, celebrations, and onboarding experiences.
• Manage facilities including maintenance, security, fire safety, and coordination with building management.
• Handle general office and reception duties, including guest greeting and supply management.
• Oversee site finances, including POs, invoices, and budget management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
• Provide remote support for other locations as a point of contact during absences.

Requirements

• Based in or near Salem, MA or Manchester, NH.
• Proven experience in customer service and a flexible, proactive approach.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships across all levels.

Nice to have

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar workplace management role.
• Notary Public certification.
• Ability to adapt priorities in a fast-changing environment.
