What you will do

• Define and lead AI-augmented quality initiatives, deploying LLM-powered test generation, triage, and root-cause analysis.
• Build frameworks for validating AI/ML outputs and non-deterministic behaviors; integrate emerging AI quality tools.
• Own automation strategy across UI/API/integration, architect scalable test frameworks, and drive shift-left in CI/CD.
• Lead performance/load testing at scale, define SLOs/SLAs, and integrate continuous validation into pipelines.
• Lead and grow teams of engineers/architects, set technical direction/OKRs, hire senior talent, and partner cross-functionally.

Requirements

• 12+ years in software engineering/QA, 5+ years Director-level leadership with direct reports
• Deep hands-on test automation architecture experience; built frameworks from scratch.
• Proven performance engineering at scale (10k+ users, distributed/cloud-native systems).
• Experience with AI/ML systems quality challenges; managing multi-team orgs (10-40+ headcount).
• Enterprise software preferred (SaaS, CCaaS, fintech, high-uptime/regulated).
• LLM knowledge (prompt engineering, RAG, agents); proficient in Python/TypeScript/Java, CI/CD, observability tools.
