QA Engineer (Cybersecurity) (Web Applications, APIs, Backend Services): Designing and executing comprehensive manual and automated testing strategies for secure web applications, APIs, and backend services with an accent on regression coverage, integration validation, and release quality gates. Focus on building scalable automated test suites, using AI-assisted tools for test generation and defect triage, and identifying security and reliability risks before production.

What you will do
- Design and execute test plans, cases, and scenarios based on product requirements and technical specifications.
- Perform manual and automated testing for web applications, APIs, and backend services.
- Build and maintain regression, smoke, and critical-path automation suites.
- Validate functional, integration, end-to-end, and non-functional requirements before release.
- Use AI-assisted tools for test-case generation, flaky-test triage, log analysis, and root-cause identification.
- Document and prioritize defects, verify fixes, and drive quality improvements with developers, product managers, and DevOps.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, test design techniques, SDLC, and STLC.
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman or similar.
- Experience with test automation frameworks, scripting, bug tracking, and test management tools.
- Understanding of CI/CD workflows and version control systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills, with comfort using AI-assisted QA tools.
Nice to have
- Experience testing cloud-native or microservices-based applications.
- Experience with performance or security testing tools and practices.
- Knowledge of containerized environments, orchestration platforms, message queues, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
