What you will do

• Lead a team of software engineers, overseeing technical reviews, planning, stakeholder management, and talent development.
• Design, develop, and deliver scalable microservices from architecture through production deployment.
• Lead backend system design and implementation ensuring robust, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Leverage GitHub Copilot and Agentic AI tools to accelerate software delivery and improve engineering productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product growth and make critical technical architecture decisions.
• Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale while maintaining high standards of code quality.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 12+ years of experience as a Backend developer.
• 4+ years of experience in team management.
• Proficiency in Java, Springboot, and SQL.
• Strong experience with React.
• Experience with large-scale SQL/NoSQL databases such as SingleStore and Postgres.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker containers, Kubernetes, and Cloud environments.
• Experience working with agile methodologies and sprint planning.
