What you will do

• Establish and lead a new Automation Infrastructure team, defining the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap.
• Design and build scalable automation frameworks, shared libraries, and reporting systems used across multiple products and teams.
• Enable developers and QA engineers through reusable components, templates, and seamless CI/CD integrations.
• Optimize test execution to reduce flakiness, shorten feedback loops, and increase confidence in results.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to provide actionable insights into automation quality and engineering productivity.
• Mentor and grow a team of automation infrastructure engineers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, QA automation, or test platform engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership role (Team Lead, Tech Lead, or Engineering Manager).
• Deep technical expertise with Playwright and TypeScript and/or Python and Pytest.
• Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments for scalable execution infrastructure.
• Proven ability to design internal developer platforms or shared tools used by hundreds of engineers.
• Strong project leadership skills, including planning, estimation, and stakeholder communication.

Nice to have

• Advanced Playwright experience (parallel execution, trace collection, and flaky test analysis).
• Background in QA architecture, test strategy, or developer productivity.
• Familiarity with API testing, contract testing, or service virtualization.
