What you will do

• Process medical ROI requests timely and efficiently using hirify.global software
• Support resolution of HIPAA-related release issues
• Organize records and documents to complete ROI process
• Read and interpret medical records, forms, and authorizations
• Provide customer service in person, phone, or email
• Maintain compliance and confidentiality using reference materials

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
• 2+ years medical record experience
• 2+ years clerical or office work experience
• Experience with desktop computer, scanner, Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of HIPAA and state regulations (preferred)
• Experience in healthcare setting (preferred)
• RHIT certification (preferred)
• Able to work independently and detail-oriented
