is a UK fintech bank expanding its Business Banking product suite including savings accounts, fixed term deposits, finance automation, and escrow.
What you will do
- Own acquisition across paid search, paid social, affiliates, outbound, referrals, events, and partnerships, defining channel mix tied to CAC, deposits, and activation.
- Lead GTM for product launches: release planning, positioning, campaigns, landing pages, and cross-functional coordination with Product, Compliance, Legal.
- Align with Commercial/BD team: provide materials, attend reviews, ensure consistent messaging, feed data back into campaigns.
- Design lifecycle and activation campaigns to drive onboarding to operational use and feature adoption.
- Build and scale commercial programs: referrals, introducers, partnerships with accountants and law firms.
- Maintain performance dashboards, ensure FCA compliance for all customer-facing materials.
Requirements
- 6+ years in growth/performance marketing; 2+ years owning B2B acquisition targets
- Proven results in acquisition metrics; hands-on with paid search, paid social, outbound email, lifecycle.
- Experience in regulated environment: FCA-compliant copy and financial promotion approvals
- Strong grasp of CAC, payback, deposit economics; data literate for dashboards and funnel analysis.
- Comfortable in sales-led model, collaborating closely with BD team.
Nice to have
- Marketing B2B financial products to UK mid-market (£1m–£100m turnover).
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Iterable.
- Understanding of deposit economics and bank profitability.
