What you will do

• Support the build and execution of end-to-end campaign processes across all UK marketing channels.
• Maintain and enhance workflow automation, ensuring marketing data quality and accurate lead-routing.
• Partner with global Marketing Operations teams to align local systems with global MarTech architecture.
• Maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to analyze trends and translate results into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the Global Paid Media Manager to run, optimize, and scale UK paid search campaigns.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, specifically Salesforce.
• Proven experience with Google Ads and paid search optimization.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Maidstone office (UK) in a hybrid capacity.
