What you will do
- Own the full lifecycle of regional events, including large-scale industry trade shows, VIP customer roundtables, and user conferences.
- Manage all event logistics from initial concept and budgeting to venue selection and on-site execution.
- Develop and execute the EMEA marketing roadmap aligned with regional sales goals and global strategy.
- Orchestrate 1:few ABM campaigns using Demandbase to target high-intent accounts and drive VIP experiences.
- Collaborate with Sales Directors and Account Executives to align marketing activities with territory plans and build warm paths into key accounts.
- Analyze ROI of regional activities and report pipeline performance to the Head of Growth Marketing.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B Marketing with a demonstrated track record in Event Management.
- Experience in Enterprise SaaS or complex industries like GovTech, Infrastructure, or Transportation.
- Proven ability to manage complex logistics and lead multi-faceted projects with internal and external parties.
- Proficiency with ABM platforms, Salesforce, Hubspot, and Event Automation tools.
- Deep understanding of the B2B landscape in at least two focus markets (UK, DACH, Iberia, or Italy).
- Must be based in the UK.
