TL;DR

Senior Demand Generation Manager (SaaS): Own and scale demand engine across enterprise and mid-market segments with an accent on multi-channel campaigns, ABM programs, and pipeline generation. Focus on designing high-impact campaigns, optimizing funnel conversion rates, building attribution models, and mentoring a Demand Generation Specialist.

Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom and eligible to work there. Marketing London, United Kingdom.

What you will do

  • Design, launch, and optimise multi-channel demand generation campaigns across digital, content, email, paid media, webinars, events, and partnerships.
  • Build campaign calendars aligned to pipeline targets, product launches, and market moments; test audience segmentation, messaging, and creative for maximum conversion.
  • Execute ABM-aligned programs with Sales to accelerate target accounts; own marketing-sourced pipeline targets and report on revenue contribution.
  • Build dashboards and attribution models; experiment to improve conversion from impression to opportunity; partner with Revenue Operations on lead management.
  • Manage and mentor one Demand Generation Specialist, set playbooks, processes, and quality standards; stay hands-on running campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Content, and Design on ICPs, buyer journeys, assets, and vendor coordination.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B demand generation experience, with at least 2 years in a SaaS, data, or analytics environment.
  • Proven track record building and executing campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and revenue.
  • Hands-on proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce).
  • Experience managing or mentoring at least one direct report in demand gen or growth marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills for dashboards, attribution, and performance trade-offs; experience with ABM tools (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be based in the United Kingdom and eligible to work there.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing to senior HR, People Analytics, or Talent Acquisition buyers at enterprises.
  • Background in PE-backed, high-growth, or transformation-stage company.
  • Experience with intent data platforms and lead enrichment tools (e.g., Bombora, ZoomInfo).
  • Familiarity with workforce planning, talent intelligence, or HR technology.
