What you will do

• Develop and maintain relationships with Hong Kong’s largest banks and finance firms
• Provide regular insights, analytical, and performance reports for business partners
• Lead new initiatives and devise strategies to grow revenue through activities, campaigns, and proposals
• Work towards defined revenue targets with commission payments
• Assist with ad-hoc account management projects and analysis for management-level initiatives
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, customer service) on campaign execution
• Relay client feedback to improve the platform and drive data optimization

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in a business development role
• Results/targets-driven personality with experience leading growth initiatives (preferably in B2B2C/two-sided marketplace)
• Prior financial industry experience in Hong Kong and digital marketing (preferable)
• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with senior stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and execution skills with proven achievements
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese, both written and oral
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
