What you will do
- Act as a strategic advisor for top-tier agency partners to maximize the potential of the Realize platform.
- Analyze platform data to identify performance patterns, issues, and expansion opportunities.
- Lead the rollout and fine-tuning of ad solutions, including targeting and advanced optimizations.
- Maintain long-term agency relationships through QBRs and ROI-driven upsell initiatives.
- Develop and lead training programs and tactical playbooks on performance scaling.
- Collaborate with product teams to provide client feedback for platform enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in account management or client success, preferably in digital marketing or ad-tech.
- Hands-on experience in digital ad optimization and strong proficiency in Excel.
- Familiarity with Google and Meta advertising platforms.
- Native or fluent proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
Nice to have
- Programmatic and outbound advertising experience.
- Experience with self-serve ad platforms.
