What you will do
- Own full key accounts commercial responsibilities, including revenue targets and team management across Greater China.
- Design and refine the regional go-to-market model integrating direct sales, channel partnerships, advisory networks, and community-driven demand generation.
- Build commercial forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting processes for accurate visibility into performance.
- Hire and lead a team of field sales professionals with rapid onboarding.
- Define, manage, and track operational metrics, reporting insights to executives and board.
- Represent the company at industry events and leadership forums.
Requirements
- Fluency in Mandarin and high proficiency in English (C1+), both written and spoken.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive commercial leadership in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or similar, with track record of building and scaling key account sales teams.
- Minimum 3 years in leadership role accountable for territory sales targets and team management.
- Experience contributing to marketing & sales functions, integrating demand generation, brand building, and revenue execution.
- Proven B2B marketing strategies driving pipeline and brand authority (content, events, digital, community).
- Experience as public-facing brand ambassador at senior forums, media, and executive events.
Nice to have
- Experience in VDR, legal tech, compliance tech, financial data management, or adjacent SaaS.
- International experience with global SaaS, managing global strategy and local execution.
- Prior market entry or greenfield development in new markets.
