What you will do

• Support the BD Director in strategic distribution development and the evaluation of new locations.
• Analyze market opportunities using intelligence and profitability data to identify and secure high-value sites.
• Lead negotiations with landlords for capital contributions, marketing support, and optimal business terms.
• Manage the project lifecycle from deal signing to store opening, coordinating with legal, sales, and construction teams.
• Oversee contract renewals and maintain detailed project tracking reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Fluency in English and the local language.
• At least 5 years of relevant business development experience.
• Strong analytical, interpretative, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and time management abilities.
• Must be based in Shanghai, China.
