CRM Marketing Associate (Winback & Re-engagement): Build and manage winback campaigns in Braze for customer reactivation across brands with an accent on execution, performance analysis, and audience management. What you will do
- Build and manage winback campaign canvases in Braze end-to-end, including audience logic, triggers, variants, timing, and channel routing.
- Own production for scheduled sends: audience setup, content population, QA, and launch per the campaign calendar.
- Track KPIs like reactivation rate and recovered revenue, deliver post-campaign summaries, and surface observations for experiments.
- Support A/B tests, maintain audience segments, monitor list health, and coordinate with CRM Operations.
- Run pre-send QA, maintain operational documentation, and flag issues proactively.
- Collaborate with lead on planning and reviews, brief creative teams, and build CRM knowledge.
Requirements
- 1-3 years in CRM, lifecycle, growth marketing, or related digital marketing role with hands-on execution.
- Exposure to marketing automation platform (Braze preferred; Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, or similar).
- Experience with commercially-oriented campaigns (conversion, retention, upsell) is an advantage.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and draw conclusions.
- Analytically curious, detail-oriented, clear communicator, comfortable with ambiguity.

- HTML/CSS and SQL.
