What you will do

  • Build and manage winback campaign canvases in Braze end-to-end, including audience logic, triggers, variants, timing, and channel routing.
  • Own production for scheduled sends: audience setup, content population, QA, and launch per the campaign calendar.
  • Track KPIs like reactivation rate and recovered revenue, deliver post-campaign summaries, and surface observations for experiments.
  • Support A/B tests, maintain audience segments, monitor list health, and coordinate with CRM Operations.
  • Run pre-send QA, maintain operational documentation, and flag issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with lead on planning and reviews, brief creative teams, and build CRM knowledge.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years in CRM, lifecycle, growth marketing, or related digital marketing role with hands-on execution.
  • Exposure to marketing automation platform (Braze preferred; Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, or similar).
  • Experience with commercially-oriented campaigns (conversion, retention, upsell) is an advantage.
  • Ability to interpret campaign data and draw conclusions.
  • Analytically curious, detail-oriented, clear communicator, comfortable with ambiguity.

Nice to have

  • HTML/CSS and SQL.
  • Experience on commercially-oriented campaigns.
