Focus on analysing client data, designing personalised campaigns, leading A/B testing, and delivering actionable optimisation insights.

Location: Eligible to work in Australia without restrictions. Up to 10% travel for onboarding, client work, team meetings, and events.

What you will do

• Partner with clients to translate business objectives into high-impact marketing strategies on the hirify.global platform.
• Analyse client data to identify opportunities for engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
• Design and execute email and SMS campaigns with segmentation and personalisation.
• Lead A/B testing and performance analysis to refine campaigns.
• Collaborate cross-functionally for seamless strategy execution and client experience.
• Monitor performance, deliver reports, and provide optimisation recommendations.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to introduce innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Eligible to work in Australia without restrictions.
• 7+ years in email/SMS marketing, digital marketing, or related fields; brand/client-side experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with hirify.global or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
• Proven track record developing and executing data-driven campaigns.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
