What you will do

• Manage customer data to execute end-to-end CRM strategies across email, push notifications, and in-app channels.
• Refine multi-channel communications and retention strategies based on industry best practices.
• Collaborate with the CRM Manager to define customer lifecycles, contact strategies, and key client segments.
• Own weekly and monthly reporting, conducting deep-dive analyses to ensure all activity is insight-driven and measurable.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing and CRM within mobile and web environments.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other ESPs (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendgrid).
• Proficiency in HTML and strong copywriting skills.
• Ability to develop and optimize CRM flows, dynamic templates, and conduct A/B testing.
• Fluent English communication skills
