What you will do

• Translate end-user needs and stakeholder vision into features and user stories for platform roadmaps.
• Administer marketing technology platforms including systems administration, user management, configuration, training, and help desk support.
• Partner with stakeholders and IT to establish, implement, and prioritize technology roadmaps.
• Define, maintain, and enforce best practices, standards, workflows, and integrations for marketing technology.
• Manage third-party resources, monitor platform adoption, and develop KPIs for performance tracking.
• Facilitate test plans, user acceptance testing, and documentation of technology standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Marketing, or related discipline.
• 5+ years administering marketing technology (e.g., Marketing Automation, Digital Asset Management, CMS, CRM, Analytics, Workflow Management).
• 3+ years in marketing technology or media platform operations, managing business and technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of marketing technology landscape and its application to achieve marketing goals.
• Fluency in technology and marketing languages; experience building custom blueprints and roadmaps.
• Experience managing strategic partners/agencies; ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with Eloqua, Accent, Sitecore, AEM Assets, WorkFront, Microsoft Dynamics, Google Analytics.
