What you will do
- Run customer engagements: audit lifecycle setups, design engagement frameworks, advise on messaging, and integrate data with CRM platforms for segmentation and personalization.
- Provide product feedback to shape integrations, event triggers, and data payloads based on customer needs.
- Create scalable assets like onboarding templates, churn playbooks, win-back guides, and segmentation frameworks for internal teams and customers.
- Develop educational content including blog posts, webinars, talks, and guides on mobile lifecycle marketing.
- Enable Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams with CRM and retention expertise.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years hands-on in mobile lifecycle marketing or CRM, focused on subscription apps with ownership of retention and LTV targets.
- Deep knowledge of CRM platforms (Braze, Iterable, OneSignal, CleverTap, Customer.io, Airship) for building complex campaigns.
- Experience designing and measuring lifecycle experiments with A/B testing and incremental impact analysis.
- Strong understanding of mobile engagement (push notifications, in-app messaging, email) and privacy impacts.
- Customer-facing communication skills for workshops, presentations, and strategy discussions.
- Experience in remote-first, asynchronous environments across time zones.
Nice to have
- Worked at/with CRM platforms understanding infrastructure side.
- Published content or spoken on mobile retention/lifecycle marketing.
- Experience with subscription apps and product.
