What you will do

• Administer OmniStudio components including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, record types, and automation flows for sales, renewals, and contract lifecycles.
• Manage the security model, including role hierarchies, profiles, permission sets, and field-level security.
• Oversee data governance, validation rules, and duplicate management to ensure high data integrity.
• Coordinate releases and change sets across sandbox and production environments.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and configuration guides.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Salesforce platform configuration and security models.
• Experience with Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud and OmniStudio tools.
• Proficiency in building reports, dashboards, and managing deployments via change sets.
• Experience supporting live production environments and providing user training.
• Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom (Manchester)
