What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Associate to Senior Developers.
• Translate client business requirements into technical specifications, estimates, and deployment plans.
• Develop automations and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations.
• Test and maintain client applications and platforms.
• Collaborate with Architects, Data Specialists, and Designers to deliver integrated solutions.
• Provide project feedback and updates using Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

Requirements

• 6+ years of developer experience at an agency working with digital sales or marketing solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of SQL, AMPscript, and JavaScript.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with Workflow Engines, HTML, and CSS.
• English proficiency required for complex communication.
• Strong leadership and advisory skills with an organized, proactive approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adstudio, Social Studio, and Einstein.
• Marketing domain knowledge.
