What you will do

• Act as an internal and external subject matter expert for the Power Platform.
• Lead full project lifecycles for Dynamics 365 implementations to deploy the EliteCRM product.
• Gather business requirements through stakeholder engagement and workshops.
• Support the evolution of Dynamics-based solution offerings within the Power Platform.
• Translate complex business needs into scalable CRM and low-code solutions.
• Drive project outcomes and foster long-term client partnerships.

Requirements

• Significant experience applying Power Platform to meet customer requirements.
• Hands-on experience using Power Platform with AI and Copilot.
• Proven ability to compose and deliver professional customer training.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior stakeholder management.
• Must be based in the UK
