What you will do

• Design and develop Dynamics 365 CRM solutions from the ground up.
• Lead technical architecture and solution design across various customer projects.
• Build custom functionality, integrations, and extensions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Functional Consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers within the team.
• Participate in customer meetings to provide technical guidance and support.

Requirements

• Must be based within Europe
• Strong commercial experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE development.
• Proven experience leading technical architecture and solution design.
• Experience mentoring or supporting other developers.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English

Nice to have

• Dynamics 365 Field Service experience.
• Previous experience working within a consultancy or professional services environment.
