Salary: $190,000 - $210,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range strategic planning in alignment with strategic objectives.
• Develop comprehensive financial models for revenue, expenses, and resource capacity, focusing on driver-based professional services metrics.
• Analyze utilization, unit economics, and margins by project/client to provide strategic recommendations for efficiency.
• Oversee the end-to-end contract invoicing process and ensure GAAP compliance regarding revenue recognition.
• Lead the company pricing function and develop reliable models to drive growth while maintaining financial goals.
• Mentor and develop the FP&A team, fostering a culture of high performance and accuracy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance.
• 3-5 years of direct experience within a Professional Services firm (e.g., Consulting, IT Services).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in financial planning systems (Adaptive Planning, Anaplan), BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), and ERPs (Netsuite, Deltek).
• Must be based in one of the listed US states and possess work authorization that does not require sponsorship.
• Ability to meet government contract requirements, including potential background checks or security clearances.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA/CFA certification.
• Experience with global or multi-entity professional services organizations.
• Deep understanding of professional services automation (PSA) software and its integration with financial systems.
