Finance Manager – Management Accounting

What you will do

• Own annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and monthly variance reviews across group entities.
• Review invoices, purchase contracts, and monitor budgets in real time.
• Lead the Finance stream of ERP implementation, including training and data migration.
• Produce monthly/quarterly/annual management accounts, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis.
• Support external reporting, IFRS workings, and audits as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; Master's/MBA plus.
• ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA qualified or finalist.
• 5+ years finance experience, 2+ in management accounting or FP&A.
• Hands-on ERP experience (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite or similar); implementation plus.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; Power BI bonus.
• Solid IFRS knowledge.
