Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum + Bonus & Benefits

What you will do

• Lead FP&A activities, producing clear insights, analysis, and financial models for strategic decisions
• Own month-end close, management accounts, KPI reporting, and performance commentary
• Manage budgeting and forecasting, challenging assumptions and highlighting risks/opportunities
• Identify process streamlining and reporting/system enhancements
• Guide and develop analysts to build a high-performing team
• Partner across the business to drive results through financial insights

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Strong FP&A experience
• Track record delivering insights to senior leadership
• Advanced Excel and BI tool experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Proactive, detail-oriented in fast-paced environment
