Financial Analyst (FP&A)

TL;DR

Financial Analyst (FP&A): Supporting the FP&A team with planning, forecasting, and analytical support across the business with an accent on translating financial and operational data into actionable insights. Focus on budgeting, variance analysis, and automating reporting processes to improve business decision-making.

Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Boca Raton, FL): On-site Monday-Thursday, Remote optional on Fridays.

What you will do

• Provide financial support and analysis to business partners to inform strategic decision-making.
• Prepare recurring financial analyses and reports focusing on accuracy and actionable insights.
• Support the preparation of the strategic plan, annual budget, and periodic forecast updates.
• Monitor business performance against plan, investigating variances and identifying underlying drivers.
• Utilize financial systems such as NetSuite and PowerBI to enhance reporting and analysis.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve and automate reporting processes for better scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and building structured outputs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
