Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proven experience hiring for non-tech roles (Product, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, Finance)
• Experience conducting competency-based interviews
• Ability to handle high-volume recruiting
• Strong knowledge of HR practices
• Upper-Intermediate English (clear verbal and written communication)
• High attention to detail and ability to switch between strategy and execution
• Experience in international organizations
