- Work with the Talent Acquisition Lead to grow sourcing operations and meet KPIs.
- Use cutting-edge tools to enhance sourcing efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 3+ years of experience sourcing or recruiting global technical talent.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter is required.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Remote work experience preferred.
