hirify.global is an AI strategy and integration firm partnering with B2B companies to transform workflows and deliver measurable outcomes at the intersection of strategy, engineering, and adoption.

What you will do

  • Lead AI strategy and transformation for 5–10 clients: define roadmaps, conduct discovery sessions, prioritize opportunities, and navigate change management.
  • Own client relationships: serve as primary C-suite advisor, run executive reviews, drive satisfaction, retention, and expansion sales cycles.
  • Lead a cross-functional pod of ~5 AI strategists, engineers, and specialists: coach team, allocate resources, set priorities across engagements.
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery: design solutions, manage implementation, adoption, and optimization using ClickUp.
  • Manage pod P&L: track revenue, utilization, profitability, and hit growth targets.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in client-facing businesses or agencies, managing multiple relationships and driving outcomes.
  • Experience leading AI/digital transformations with proven business results (revenue, costs, processes).
  • Strong people leadership: built and coached technical teams without micromanaging.
  • P&L accountability experience: utilization, margin, revenue growth.
  • Deep AI/ML/LLM/automation knowledge to translate tech to business value for executives.
  • Exceptional organization and executive communication for complex, concurrent engagements.

Nice to have

  • Experience as fractional/embedded strategic leader in client organizations.
  • Track record growing accounts beyond retention.
  • Domain expertise in financial services, real estate, private equity, lending, or B2B SaaS.
  • Led mixed strategist-engineer teams.
